Girly Ruffles

I love a good ruffle sleeve and thought this top would be perfect for work to dress up, but also to dress down with jeans like here. I also added the snake skin pattern necklace to help break up the solidness of the top. I have matching earrings to the necklace, but they are no longer available, but I did find ones similar here.
